Straits restaurant is located in San Francisco's Westfield Shopping Centre (The Dome). It attract's many people from all over the globe looking to please one's appetite. The dim ambiance and great music provide a pleasurable atmosphere to dine in and a great place to enjoy a happy hour menu that won't break your wallet!
Their menu offers a variety of selections, all of which are mouth watering! Today's recommendation was the Le P'tit Paysan with the Lava Cake dessert.
Le P'tit Paysan is a syrah with blueberry, boysenberry and raspberry notes, including overtones of spiciness! All of which pair well with the Lava dessert!
The Lava Cake dessert is made preciously with Thai Tea Caramel and Vanilla Ice Cream, along with mounts of oven baked chocolate that melts in your mouth! Make sure when ordering this dessert you place it ahead of time, as it takes a 10-12 minute preparation.
So, the next time you stop in the city for some shopping or visiting from out of town, make sure you indulge your taste buds with these pairings!
